Well Elder-Routinify

As this program is grant funded, participants will need to meet ongoing program guidelines in order to maintain eligibility for this program.

Well Elder-Routinify

The Well Elder-Routinify program was developed out of COVID-19 due to the digital divide our community is facing. Because of the steep costs of technology and lack of sufficient digital skills, many aging adults have been left without access to technology or internet services. Through this program, we are committed to providing technology access and understanding, promoting wellbeing, and increasing information access.

Through Adams County grant funding and our partnership with Routinify, this initiative provides aging adults with an internet enabled WellAssist tablet and Wearable watch AT NO COST.

With the WellAssist and Wearable, clients will be able to:

  • Participate in Telehealth appointments
  • Attend monthly educational health programs via Zoom
  • Increase virtual connection to loved ones
  • Understand fraud prevention and common scam tactics
  • Access end of life planning guidance
  • Complete initial training on device use
  • Receive ongoing technical support or training sessions

To be eligible for the program, participants must:

  • Be aged 60 or above
  • Reside in Adams County
  • Demonstrate an interest in learning new technology skills
  • Have an interest in participating in virtual health education programs
