The Senior Hub’s online privacy policy governs the collection and use of personal information gathered on our Internet site. The following paragraphs provide complete details.

Clients of The Senior Hub that use our caregiving services are also protected by practices that govern use and disclosure of medical information. Clients, or prospective clients, are encouraged to ask our Program Directors for our Notice of Privacy Information Practices for complete details.

Online Security

The Senior Hub has employed security procedures and technology to safeguard personal information that is provided to us. Our web host, Electronic Storefronts, uses multiple layers of internet security, including firewalls and encryption software to protect our website. We also contract with an IT company that provides remote monitoring for a secure office network.

The Senior Hub has met the guidelines set forth by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and is considered Compliant. PayTrace, the company that processes our credit card payments, is a PCI Validated Entity.

Personal Information Collected

The only personal information that The Senior Hub collects online is information that visitors to our website give to us. When visitors request information about us, register for an event, subscribe to our newsletter, or make a donation, we will save the personal information they share with us on our onsite office database. This information usually includes their name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, company name if appropriate, events they participate in, and donations that they make to us. We do not save any credit card information in our computer system.

Using Personal Information

We will use personal information for the purpose which visitors to our website provided it, such as to reply to their e-mail, provide requested information, complete program or event registration, and process payments and donations. When necessary to complete a request, personal information will be used by our program or development staff. Information provided to us may also be added to a mailing list for distribution of our newsletter, event promotion, and donation requests. At any time recipients can add, alter, or remove their name from this list by contacting us at or by calling our Renee Dees, our Director of Development and Community Relations, at 303.426.4408.

The Senior Hub does not sell, rent, or share personal information with other businesses or organizations.

Computer Tracking and Cookies

Our website does not track, collect, or share personal information that has not been entered by our users. Our site does report non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of visitors to our site, average number of pages viewed per visit, and average length of a visit. This is summary information showing totals and averages for sessions, pageviews, and hits for a selected date range. Individual visitor information is not available in these reports. This information helps us to maximize the effectiveness of our website.

The Senior Hub does not use cookies to share information with the browser of our website visitors. A cookie is a small amount of data that some web servers may send to visiting browsers for storage on their computer’s hard drive. Cookies are sometimes used to facilitate site navigation and sometimes to gather personal information. The Senior Hub does not use cookies.

Refund/Return Policy


All donations are final and tax deductible. A formal letter of receipt is provided for tax purposes once the transaction has been processed.

Services including Adult Day Service, Meals on Wheels, and Homecare

For compliments, complaints, or questions about any of our services and/or billing inquires please contact our Calina Bowman, our Business Manager, at 303.426.4408 x 215. In case of overpayment of an invoice, a credit will be issued for the following month’s bill or a request for refund by check can be made and will be processed within 7 business days.


If any fundraising event is cancelled, the event will be rescheduled. All participants and/or donors will be notified of the change and automatically re-registered for the event. Each participant and/or donor can request a refund by check for the amount donated or provided as a sponsorship by contacting our Business Manager at 303.426.4408 x 215.
