WellAssist Tablet

Through Adams County funding and a partnership with Routinify, The Senior Hub is able to offer WellAssist tablets and wearables to aging seniors. This FREE year long program promotes healthy aging and connects seniors to the community via an internet enabled tablet.

Key features of the tablet include the following:

• A wearable device to track daily steps, heart rate and sleep
• Communication platforms to connect with family and friends
• Telehealth capabilities
• Wellness reminders for establishing routines
• Access to community resources via the internet

Seniors will receive training on how to use the device upon delivery in addition to ongoing technical support.

To qualify for the WellAssist Tablet program, seniors must meet the following criteria:

• Aged 60+
• Reside in Adams County
