COVID-19 Notice: Well Elder operates remotely via phone calls and Zoom.

Well Elder

The Well Elder program was developed at the beginning of COIVD-19 to keep aging adults connected and informed. This Adams County community partner shared initiative, provides aging adults with reassurance calls, fraud education and resource sharing. Well Elder is built on 6 key elements

  • Resource and transportation guides
  • Virtual companion conversations
  • Companion visits (when safe and approved)
  • End of life education through 5 Wishes
  • Fraud prevention
  • Referrals for support services

Our commitment is to provide seniors with emotional support alongside safe, trusted information from community resources.

Please contact Well Elder Specialist, Mary Stewart, at 303-426-4408 x204 or [email protected] to learn more about this program or to enroll.
