Howard YeomanHoward G. Yeoman, Executive Director – Mr. Yeoman joined The Senior Hub in August 1993 as the Director of the RSVP program and was promoted to Executive Director in December 1994. He has an M.A. degree in Public Administration, B.A. degree in Marketing, and over twenty years experience in the non-profit and public sectors including program development, team building, financial development, and fiscal management.

Thomas RappThomas Rapp, Program Director, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) – Mr. Rapp joined The Senior Hub in 1999 as a part-time employee helping to manage the Minor Home Repair Program. In late 2000, he assumed management of the RSVP program. Mr. Rapp has an M.A. in Education Administration and was employed for 26 years as a teacher and administrator in the Adams Twelve Schools. He is President of the CO State Senior Corps Directors Association and a member of the Governor's Commission on Community Service.

Amanda DeBockAmanda de Bock, Program Director, Meals on Wheels – Ms. de Bock has over 15 years’ experience working with non-profits, and has a particular interest in food and nutrition.  Her past experience includes working with Slow Food Nation, Girl Scouts of America, and San Jose Family Shelter.  Meals on Wheels is particularly important to Ms. de Bock as she credits her interest in serving others to when she was seven and delivering meals with her grandfather.

Judy GibsonJudith A. Gibson, Program Director, Senior Solutions Program – Ms. Gibson has a B.S.W. in Social Work, with an emphasis on Aging, and has nearly a decade of experience working with older adults. She provided Care Management for The Senior Hub for three years prior to undertaking her role as Program Director. Ms. Gibson’s background in providing personal care and learning services, as well as her familiarity with state Medicaid rules and regulations, enhances her contribution to the Program Director position.

Mary ThatcherMary E. Thatcher, Program Director, Homecare Services and Rural Meals on Wheels Programs - Ms. Thatcher has completed a B.A. and Graduate Studies in Education, and brings over 10 years’ experience in Public Health Education and Program Management involving older adult wellness and injury prevention. In 2008-2009 she served as an appointee to the National Association of City and County Health Officials Injury Prevention Work Group in Washington, D.C. Mary is dedicated to older adult wellness efforts to ensure and enhance successful aging.

Nancy KingsburyNancy Kingsbury, Program Director, Adult Day Service – Ms. Kingsbury joined The Senior Hub in November, 2013 and brings with her a background as a Clinical Manager with 14 years of experience in health care management. She has eight years of hospice clinical team management and six years as Director of Social Services for Hospice of St. John. Nancy has a B.A. in Social Sciences and a Masters of Social Work, and has directed the management of projects that improved the overall quality of care above state and national benchmarks.

Tia SaucedaRenee Dees, Development & Community Relations Director – Ms. Dees joined The Senior Hub in January 2007, bringing with her 15 years of development management experience.  She has also had extensive experience working with volunteers and running large fundraising events including bike rides, mountain climbs, and dinner events. 

Calina Bowman, Business Manager – Ms. Bowman started at The Senior Hub in 2008 as an administrative & program assistant. Over time she took on an increasingly important role in the agency, leading to her promotion to Business Manager in 2013. Ms. Bowman earned her BA in Politics & Government from Ohio Wesleyan University.

 

The Senior Hub currently has 12 full-time staff members and 29 part-time employees.
